Banana Turmeric Smoothie 

do you know the name of my best fruit?….. It’s Sisi Banana…Hahaha. I love to make smoothies with Banana as the major ingredient, this smoothie is super rich with everything you need to loose that extra pound.

Turmeric contains high curcumin which makes it a fat burner and Banana is rich in Fiber and resistant starch which supports weight loss.

Ingredients 

• 2 medium banana, roughly chopped 

• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 

• 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric 

•  1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 


Instructions 

Combine all ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes.
