Carrot Smoothie 

My sweet mum always bought carrot for me when I was much younger (she still does though). Then I didn’t like carrots, it was not as sweet as pineapple, apple or even my precious banana fruit. As I grew older and started falling in love with food I made a research on carrot and found
that carrots are rich in beta– carotene which helps reduce the risk of breast and colon cancer.

Ingredients
• 2 medium carrots, chopped

• 1/2 cup orange juice

• 1 small banana

• 1 medium tomato chopped

• 1 cup water

 

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender for 2 minutes.
Enjoy your carrot smoothie!
